Orders

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept PayPal and all major debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) via PayPal and eWay.
  • How do I cancel the order or return the product?

Shipping & Handling

  • Do you ship to PO Box?
    Yes, we do.
  • Do you ship to the Parcel Locker?
    No, we don't.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    We don't ship internationally, and we only ship Australia wide. To place an order, your billing and shipping address have to be within Australia.
  • When will my order dispatch?
    All orders will be processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours (except Australian public holiday and weekend) after the clearance of payment. Please allow 3-14 business days for your order to deliver.
  • Where do you ship from?
    We are an Australian local business. All items will be shipped from our warehouse located in Sydney, NSW.
  • Can I pick up my order?
    No pick up is available at this time.
  • Which shipping carrier/service do you use?
    We use Australia Post to ship all orders.

Return & Warranty

  • What is the Return Policy?
    You can return a product for up to 7 days from the date you received it. We cannot offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind. More details can be found on our Terms and Conditions.
  • How long is the product warranty?
    We provide 12-months warranty for all products we sold from the date of your purchase.
