Shipping & Delivery

We usually ship Next Business Day to anywhere in Australia after cleared payments, however in some cases it may have some delay due to the workload and we don't ship on weekend and Australian Public Holidays.

We use Australia Post to deliver your item, and please make sure the delivery address you entered is correct. Over-sized item cannot be delivered to a PO Box. We do NOT ship to Parcel Lockers. If you are in doubt, please send us an email.

Returns & Replacements

By law in Australia all purchases have a 7-day money back guarantee. If you would like to return your item, please email us a message through contact and we will send you the return instructions.

Returned Goods must be in ORIGINAL UNDAMAGED, FACTORY PACKAGING.

Once your item is received, we will refund the total order amount minus the shipping cost to the account that was used to pay for the order.

NOTE: It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the returned postage and the cost of reshipping*.

*If the item was found to be faulty on arrival (DOA), we will replace/repair the item for free, and we will also pay for the standard shipping cost to post the item back to us.

All goods come with a 12-month warranty.

If the product is defective within 12 months of your purchase. We will repair or replace the product. In the event that it is not possible to repair the product or a replacement is unavailable, we will offer you with the store credit or a refund for the full amount of the purchase price.
